He was predeceased by: his parents, Trinidad L. Orta and Irene Flores Orta; his sister Belinda Orta; his parents-in-law, Tony and Mary Lozano; his sisters-in-law, Rachel Lozano and Charlotte Lozano; and his son-in-law Chris English.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Orta; his children, Andres Orta, Richard Orta (Trisha) and Stephanie English; his sister Judi Gamez (Rusty); and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Lozano and Roy Lozano. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Arthur's memory to Georgia Canine Rescue Rehab, 235 Mac Thompson Road, Cochran, GA 31014.
