She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Victor Bernard Frazier and Jacquelyn Glover Frazier; her siblings, Victor Marquis Frazier and Rachel Diane Frazier; her nieces, Sade Mia Burns (Marquis) and Taylor Victoria Frazier; and her great-niece K'la Leilani Burns. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
The family is requesting everyone to wear a face mask and follow CDC guidelines.
