She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira C. Gose and Bessie L. Gose; her husband Charles W. Benson of Forsyth; her son C. Mike Benson; her sisters, Shirley G. Smith and Irma G. Carper; her grandsons, C. Daniel Benson of Athens and Stephen C. Benson of Fitzgerald; her daughter-in-law Terri K. Benson of Fitzgerald; and her sisters, Rosalyn Gose of Mary Esther, Mable G. Griffin of Macon and Catherine G. Seymour of Warner Robins. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
