Myers, FL.; her grandchildren, Sarah Atkinson Schaffland (Leif) of Dortmund, Germany, India Atkinson Brockett (Charles) of Kingsland, GA, Russell Atkinson (Jacque) of Poway, CA, James Atkinson (Jessica) of Valdosta, GA, Elizabeth Chance Wood (Richard) of Byron, GA and William Lynch (Haydon) of Byron, GA.; her great grandchildren, Kenney, Rowan Atkinson of Valdosta, GA, Gus, Julian Brockett of Kingsland, GA and Luke Atkinson of Poway, CA.; and her sisters, Viola Johnston of Lincoln, NE and Frankie Lankford of Knoxville, TN..
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel (2932 US Hwy 41, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loudon County Memorial Gardens (6505 US-11, Lenoir City, TN 37771).
