He is survived by: his wife Helen Woods of Bonaire; his children, Rebecca Cochran (Doug) of Warner Robins and Dennis Woods (Dawn) of Bolingbroke; his grandchildren, Joshua Woods, Shane Cochran, Alyssa Riden (Anthony), James Robert Van Bibber (Lori) and Rachel Woods; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Buell (Makeya), Justin Buell (Katelyn) and Kanlie Buell; his great grandchildren, Aiden Van Bibber, Will Van Bibber, Noah Buell, Jonah Buell, James Buell, Ayanna Brown, Jaxon Woods and Beau Riden; and his siblings, Ruth Farris of Birmingham and James A. Woods (Gloria) of Birmingham.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Chuck to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
