She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Payne and Dorothy Payne; and her siblings, Laurie Winters, Jean Baugh and Donnie Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Pinkard; her daughter Nancy E. Brown; and her grandchildren, Nikhole Francis Brown Mitchell and Jeremiah Wayne Brown. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
