He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Frizol Webb and Herbert D. Webb; his brother Michael Webb; his wife Laura Webb; his children, Josh Webb, Tammy Gray and Angel David; and his sisters, Colleen Watts, Kerri Swank and Eileen Vermeulen. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; one great grandson; and a host of extended family and friends.
