He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Smith of Maine and David Smith of Maine; his mother Helen Holliday; his stepfather James "Doc" Holliday; and his siblings, Russell Smith (Gloria) and Brenda West (Bruce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
