He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Chadwick and Lois Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Denise Chadwick; his children, Jenny, Kimberly and Brian (Sarah); his grandchildren, Annalise, Sofie and Christian; and his siblings, Bill, Donna Lashley (Mike), Carol Welch (George) and Bobby Chadwick (Bridget). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
