We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2021, at the age of 67, Delephine Owens of Warner Robins, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Wallace Owens; her children, Angela Nottingham (Gary), Mansears Davis (Dedra) and Robert Rutledge (Jesica Perkins); and her siblings, Linda Brunell, Celestine Rutledge, Inez Rutledge, Otha D. Rutledge, Jr. (Denise), Bobby Rutledge and Mary Thompson.

The family is requesting everyone to please wear a face mask and follow CDC guidelines.
