Rainey (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Linden, Tennessee, who passed away on January 19, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rainey and Emma Adkins Rainey; and his siblings, Evelyn Ruth Denney and Billy Rainey. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Laidlaw Rainey; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Laidlaw, Robert Laidlaw and Havis Bonner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice.
