He was predeceased by: his parents, H. K. Bill and Mary Alice Marsh Bill. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Bill; his sons, Donald Bill (Angie) of Miamisburg and David Bill (Lynn) of Milledgeville; and his grandsons, Michael Bill (Laura) of Macon and Bill Lang (Naomi) of Warner Robins.
