He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Szomy, Sr. and Suzanna Varga Szomy; his wife Margaret Szomy; his daughters, Dr. Margaret Hartwig and Ilona Warren (Mark); his granddaughters, Eva Matthews (Adam), Ilona Hays (Hinson), Emma Warren and Ella Warren; his great grandchild Russell Frank Hays; and his sister Elizabeth Darvas. He was also cherished by daughters and sons.
