He is survived by: his sisters, Lynn Zuck (Lou) of Punta Gorda, FL and Norma McAvoy (Larry) of Ladonia, TX; his nephews, Tom Dorothy (Julie) of Broken Arrow, OK and Kent Worrell (Ruth) of Warner Robins; his niece Rene' Eastin (Jason) of Logandale, NV; and his great-nephew Gabriel Worrell.
