She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Wacaser and Minnie Newberry Wacaser; and her husband Zell Shaw Blackmon, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Zell S. Blackmon, Jr. (Ruthie) of Bonaire, James Albert "Al" Blackmon (Beverly) of Orlando and Billy Marion Blackmon (Kaye) of Warner Robins; her grandchildren, Shaw Blackmon III (Whitney) of Warner Robins, Rev. Brad Blackmon (Beth) of Warner Robins, Kayce Slade (Brandon) of Warner Robins, Jim Blackmon (Karine) of Orlando, Courtney Brosche (Chris) of Orlando, Blake Blackmon of Orlando, Dr. Jake Blackmon (Amy) of St. Simons Island, Dr. Josh Blackmon (Katherine) of Athens, Dr. Zach Blackmon (Jenni) of Tennessee and Lori Miller; her great grandchildren, Anna, Jackson Slade, Noah, Ruthie, Josiah Blackmon, Abigale, Zach, Zoey, Lily, Luke Blackmon, Zane Blackmon, Emma Blackmon, Maddie, Avery Blackmon, Baptiste, Cort Blackmon, Ashtyn and Sadie Brosche; her sister-in-law Vanne Wacaser of Fayetteville, Georgia; and also Doretha Lester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends.
