She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ernest and Elsie Winstead Lamm; her husband Arthur W. Hayes, Jr.; and her daughter Dana Georgana Hackney. She is survived by: her children, Dawn M. Harden (Tom) of Warner Robins and David A. Hayes (Sherri) of Longmont, Colorado; her grandchildren, Douglas P. Harden (Stephanie), April Lynn Clark (Nick), Lynsie M. Krier (Eric), Jenna Leigh Hayes (Natalie), Shane M. Hackney and Shelby G. Hackney; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Luke Harden, Jadyn and Jackson Krier; and her son-in-law Marty Hackney.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Gretchen Lamm Hayes to the Christian Service Center at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 300 South Davis Drive, Suite 300, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
