He is survived by: his wife Jean Phillips; his daughters, Kathryn Phillips Berrong (Lawton) of Jeffersonville and Sheila Phillips Powell (Ron) of Macon; his grandchildren, Sonya Marie Martin, Sharon Vanessa Morgan, Cherry Lynn Phillips, Michael Berrong, Craig Berrong and Brooke Powell Lynch; and his brother Ott Phillips of Warner Robins.
