He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Benjamin Salter, Sr. and Janie Lynn Procter. He is survived by: his wife Norma Faye Salter; and his children, Debra Blalock (Ronnie) of Bonaire, Kim Thompson, Shannon Evans (Brandon) of Warner Robins and Lynn Bowen (Jeff) of Florida. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Horace Benjamin Salter, Jr. to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
