He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Shuttlesworth, and Howard Shuttlesworth, Sr.; his daughter Christy Skinner; and his brother Joe Shuttlesworth, Sr. (Those). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Shuttlesworth of Warner Robins; his children, Randy Shuttlesworth (Julie), Cheryl Sorrow (Tommy) of Bonaire, GA, Rusty Shuttlesworth (Lori) of Madison, GA and Dusty Shuttlesworth (Roxey) of Warner Robins, GA; his son-in-law Tommy Skinner of Kathleen, GA; his sister Patricia Ezell (David) of Byron, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Sandi Couillard, Joe Jr., Paula Ezell, Rhonda Barnwell, Jason Ezell, Jenny Ezell, Judkin and Jeremy Browning. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
