He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Clinton and June Edith Robinson Waugh; his wife Marion Evans Waugh; his children, James Brian Waugh of Sunbury, Georgia, Stephen Bradley Waugh (Leah Richardson) of Cochran and Angela Marie Davidson (Larry) of Bonaire; his grandchildren, Matthew Waugh, Samantha Waugh, Jacob Davidson, Bailee Davidson, Michael Waugh and Ruby Davidson; and his siblings, John Waugh (Mary), Jerry Waugh (Brenda), Larry D. Waugh and Vera Jarvis.
