She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Thurman and Theda Zelle Dowdy Salter. She is survived by: her son Anthony T. Salter (Jamie) of Austin, Tex.; and her siblings, Joy Burke (Michael) of Warner Robins, James L. Salter, Sr. of Warner Robins and Steven "Petey" T. Salter (Brenda) of Warner Robins. She is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
