We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, at the age of 80, Joanna Deason Bernard of Warner Robins, Georgia, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Lori Gaylor (Tim), Sherry Oglesby (Mike), Kathy Crumrine (John) and Wiltz Bernard, III; her grandchildren, Worth, Rebecca, Sherry, Mike Oglesby, Michael and Grace; her spouse Marine (James D. Reed); and her siblings, William Thomas Deason, IV, Helen Wiggins, Judith Valente, Timothy Deason, Sallie Feldman and Patrick Deason.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations be made to Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or Hospice of Savannah (hospicesavannah.org).
