He is survived by: his wife Sharon Culverhouse; his sons, Jonathan Culverhouse (Nicole) and Rodney Culverhouse (Wendy); his grandchildren, London Mingo (Michael), Jordan Culverhouse, Abigail Culverhouse, Ellie Culverhouse, Hunter Culverhouse and Miraya Culverhouse; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Gabriel, Penelope and Quinn; his sister Patsy Cone; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Arnold.
