He is survived by: his wife Bettie Reagan Dunlevy; and his children, Patrick (Julie), Kathy Walker (Barry), Charlie (Kristin), Dan (Kelley) and Kevin (Marian). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
