He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlton Alexander and Martha Franz Alexander; and his grandson Taylor Jeffreys. He is survived by: his wife Annette Alexander; his children, Danny Alexander (Elizabeth) of Warner Robins, Andrea Jackson (Clint) of Warner Robins and Jeff Alexander (Ann) of Warner Robins; his grandchildren, Hunter Jackson (Kayci), Baylee Duernberger, Landon Duernberger, Maggie Alexander and Kendall Jackson; and his siblings, Richard Alexander, Brenda Aldridge and Michael Alexander.
