She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jack Kelsey and Ada Annie Cooper Kelsey; and her husband Howard Greely Bell. She is survived by: her children, Shireen Bell, Howard Bell (Lisa), Catherine Bell (Ben Curtis), Andrew Bell (Joy), Debora Wagner (Mike) and Lorraine Bell (Richard Hogen). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of extended friends and family.
