She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen W. Smith and Letha M. Smith Sullivan; her husband Cecil C. Boggs, Sr.; her sons, Cecil C. Boggs, Jr. and Andrew P. Boggs; her siblings, Levele DeWitt and Glenda Mercer; and her grandmother Dell Kelly.
She is survived by: her sons, Denny Boggs (Pam), Paul Boggs (Heather) and Kevin Boggs (Theresa); her daughter-in-law Jeanie Boggs; and her sisters, Doris Russell (Allen) and Mary Smith. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
