He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Haslem, Jr.; his siblings, Cassandra Lawann Haslem and Rodney Barnard Haslem; and his sister-in-law Crystal Nelson. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Fudge Haslem of Byron; his wife Laquiva Darcel Haslem; his children, Keyla of Warner Robins, Kayla of Warner Robins and Rodney Haslem of Warner Robins; his stepmother Sharon Haslem; his stepsister Arlaker Zanders; his sister Yolanda Larry of Fort Valley; his parents-in-law, Johnny and Bessie Nelson of Ideal; his siblings-in-law, Gwen Nelson, Jonathan Nelson (Keshia), Terrence Nelson (Shelia) and Letitia Miller (Chuck); his aunts and uncles, Freddy Fudge (Gina), Gary Fudge, Jerome Fudge, Michael Caldwell, Curtis Caldwell, James Fudge, Rodger Fudge, Gregory Fudge, Rosseta Anderson, Annie Ruth Haslem and Marianne Curry; his cousin Lateshia Martin; his close friend Ricky Hicks; and his friends, Justin and Tina Gaston. He is also survived by his wife, children, mother.
