He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Faye Bray; his wife Pat Howell; his son William Howell of Augusta, GA; his siblings, Vivian Ellington (Rex) of Bonaire, GA and Lillian Collins (Jimmy) of Hayneville, GA; and his pets, Foxy, Baby and Rex. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
