She is survived by: her husband James Duckworth; her siblings, Rubie Usry, Robert Hicks, Iris Swymer, Marie Steele, Roy Hicks, John Ira Hicks, Doris Purvis and Helen Norman (Bob); her children, Pam Womack Godfrey, Brian Barnett, Brenda Barnett Hines, Barbara Barnett Pinyan (Scott) and Charles Barnett (Georgiana); and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
