He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Forrest Bazemore, Sr. and Lydia Ruth Haglar Bazemore. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ann Bazemore; his children, Brad Bazemore (Angie) of Warner Robins and Kim Fransioli (Dusty) of Warner Robins; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Sierra Fransioli, Madison "Maddie" Bazemore, Wesley and Ashley Lane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
