He is survived by: his wife Jenice Wade of Warner Robins, GA; his daughter Amy Carroll (Bill) of Warner Robins, GA; his grandson Layton Carroll of Warner Robins, GA; and his sisters, Martha Barfield of Thomaston, GA and Madie Brooks of Thomaston, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
