Welch (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on October 13, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Walter McGee "Giggie" Welch; her parents, George James Smith and Agnes Irene Law Smith; her siblings, Annie Mae Smith Derr, George James Smith, Jr., Joshua David Smith, Gerald Augustus Smith and Robert Michael Blair; her children, Walter McGee Welch, Jr. (Carol) of Anderson and Mary Lou Welch Hilton (Johnny) of Kathleen, Georgia; her grandchildren, Walter Christopher Welch (Emily) of Natick, Meridith McGee Welch Blair of Simpsonville and Jonathan Alexander Hilton (Emily) of Byron, Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Katherine Marie Welch and Ian James Welch of Natick.
