It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melvin Ethridge of Warner Robins, Georgia, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Melvin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Melvin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ethridge; his children, Vernon Moten Jr. (Keeona), Xavier Ethridge and Arriel Ethridge; and his granddaughters, Josslynn Ethridge and MaKayla Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greater Faith Babies Ministries (1000 Tulip Dr, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Foster Place Cemetery.
