It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Florence Foxworth Cook (Warner Robins, Georgia), who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Manning Foxworth and Marie Gertrude Capell. She is survived by: her former husband William A. Dollard; her husband Carlyle Cook; her daughter Barbara Ann Nations (Thomas); her granddaughters, Heather Mabee (Christopher) and Paula Simpson (Greg); her great grandchildren, Derick, Isabel Luiggi, Collin Mabee, Landon, Abigail and Bristol Simpson; and her brother Jessie Ray Foxworth (Mary).
In Lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks that donations be made in honor of Mildred to the American Cancer Society.
