It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nan Baker Mays (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Baker and Anna Nichols Baker; and her husband Charles M. Mays. She is survived by: her children, Polly Pike (Jim) of Warner Robins, Frances Holden (Wally) of Byron, Georgia and John Mays (Linda); her grandchildren, Shane Hopkins (Kasie), Garrett Childress (Ashley), Anna Murphy (Nick), Becky Mays and Christina Mays; her brother Wayne Baker of Argyle, Texas; and her nephews, Barry and Stephen Baker.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Nan Baker Mays to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, New York 10306.
