He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Ballard and Andy Ballard; his grandchildren, Jase Ballard, Sheldon Ballard, Alyssa Ballard and Nolan Ballard; and his siblings, Susan Dawson (Gary) and Gary Ballard (Margie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
