He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark and Bernadine Clark (Dugas); his wife Lynn Marie Clark (Makowski); his brother James T. Clark; and his grandson Alex.
He is survived by: his grandchild Savanna; and his siblings, Kathleen Kephart of Niagara Falls, NY, Linda Clark of Niagara Falls, NY and Timothy Clark (Melanie) of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
