It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Paulette Neff of Warner Robins, Georgia, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Brown Harwell and Ruby Mae Kent Harwell; and her son Todd Paul Neff. She is survived by: her husband Clarence J. Neff; her daughter Natasha Toole (Ron Jerry); her granddaughter Aryan Grush; her great grandchildren, Milla Sophia Ruby Grush and Kingston Elliott Rivers; and her sister Kimberly Yvonne Toole.
