He is survived by: his wife Donna Boyett of Warner Robins; his siblings, Charles Boyett (Barbara) of Douglas, GA, Tina Franklin of Warner Robins and Mickey Boyett (Nita) of Warner Robins; his stepchildren, Dr. Michael Anderson of Birmingham, AL and Dr. Jennifer Hornick (Eric) of Macon; and his grandchildren, Nicholas McCullough and Abigail. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
