He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Williams and Mary Helen Williams; and his siblings, Eddie Williams, Sr. and Zillie Mae Saffo. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Jean Thomas; his children, Deborah Williams of Sparta, Georgia, Virginia Williams of Thomson, Georgia, Taisha Mayberry of North Carolina, Natacha Farr of North Carolina, Billy Williams Jr. (Wilda) and James Wigfall of Detroit, Michigan; and his siblings, Mary Jackson (James Jackson) of Warrenton, Georgia, Nellie Mae Williams of Warrenton, Georgia, Tommy Williams (Rubertha) and Dawyne Williams (Tina).
