It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis M Smith Jr. of Washington, Georgia, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Weaver Smith and Bessie Claude Brantley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Anne Hood Smith; his sons, Kenneth Smith (Jean) of Statesboro, Billy Smith (Karen) of Sandersville and Mike Smith (Becky) of Sandersville; and his grandchildren, Erin Smith, Leah Smith, Alan Smith (Allison), Wes Smith (Molly), Bradley Smith, Jason Smith (Ginger) and Lauren S. Ryther. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
