She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Lamar Bowen and Lena Ann Merritt Bowen; her grandmother Nene; her daughter Allie Kirkland (Dylan) of West Green, Georgia; her grandchildren, Ellie Griffin and Ry'lee Griffin; her sisters, Davina Christina Bowen of Alma, Summer Lea Westburry of West Green and Miranda Dawn Bowen of Douglas, Georgia; her nieces, Mahalie Fender (Kirby) of Douglas and Christina Minchew (John) of Douglas, Georgia; and her great-nieces, Maci Porter, Saxxton Porter, Emberlyn Minchew and Addalynn Minchew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ricketson Funeral Home Chapel (305 W Ward St, Douglas, GA 31533). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Ricketson Funeral Home to help with the funeral costs.
