It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Colville Harrell (West Point, Georgia), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wallace and Pearl Colville Harrell; his siblings, Roy Wallace, Jr. (Julie Rhett Harrell) and Gail Harrell (John Franklin Ball); and his siblings' children, Nancy Colville Harrell and Wesley Harrell Ball.
He is survived by: his son Frank Colville, Jr.; and his wife Lori Bartlett Harrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be sent to West Point Presbyterian Church.
