He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hodgins Hendrix; his daughters, Lisa Hamrick (Ricky) and Wendy Bettis (Tommy); his aunt Alma Cloud; and his grandchildren, Katie, Dwayne Hamrick, Will, Abby and Bray Bettis. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren and a loving husband.
