He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle McCullough and Dorothy O'Quinn McCullough; and his granddaughter Samantha McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Sue Hill Purkey McCullough; his children, Lori, Aaron Stewart of Shiloh, Mandy, David Anderson of Woodbury, Ben McCullough of Hull, TX, Mike and Patricia Purkey of Calhoun; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy, Joe Crayton of Fayetteville, Lynn and Jeff Crowley of Newnan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
