He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monroe Baker and Alfie Arlene Simmons Baker; and his brother Andy Baker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Baker; and his children, Johnny Ray Baker of North Port, AL, Eric, Allison Baker of Pike County, Jeff, Felicia Baker of Senoia, Judith Ann and Blake Thompson of Swainsboro. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
