She was predeceased by: her husband Arlise Rayburn Bowman, Sr.; and her parents, Hollis Garner and Louise McGee Garner. She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Reeves (Donald Berner), Opal Canup (Tony), Rhonda Jackson, Arlise Bowman, Jr. and Andrew Arlise Smith (Amanda); and her siblings, Patricia Ray, Barry Garner, Phillip Garner and Sarah Helms. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
