We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2021, at the age of 85, Dana Stanton Helmly (Wilmington Island, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Lee Helmly and Edna Stanton Helmly. He is survived by : his children, Dana Stanton Helmly, Jr. (Bobbie), Karen Helmly Oelschig (Kurt) and Patrick Stewart Helmly; his grandchildren, Corey, Ellison (Zach), Breann, Christian, Stella and Garrett; and his brothers, Hugh Lee Helmly, III (Margaret) and Neil Arnold Helmly (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
