She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde "Cope" and Grace Cruce Patrick; and her husband Joe Simmons. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff Patrick (Diane) of Winder and Mary Ogletree (Ed) of Athens; her siblings' children, Misty Smith (Landon) of Nicholson and Miles Patrick (Charline) of Winder; her great-nephews, Owen Smith, Gavin Smith and Brantley Patrick; and her great-niece Olivia Ogletree.
